1. Only junk and documenting work is outsourced. Very less of real skilled work. 2. No growth in terms of knowledge and skill development. Only focus on delivery. 3. Too much dependency on Americans for technical guidance. And they consider us as contractors though we belong to the same company. 4. No work life balance. 5. If you work here for too long, you become obsolete in the market with blunt skills. 6. Too much emphasis on hierarchy, levels, number of years of experience, senior, junior etc rather than emphasizing on real skills and talent.
