Sad to see all the negative reviews on here, coming to R+F from a CPG company in the Bay area I have had a very positive experience since joining 1 year ago. People are super nice, most managers I have worked with are highly component and support their people. Good benefits Love the free product Easier access to the C Suite than other companies Positive work environment Strong recognition for hard work. Healthy work-life balance Leadership as done a really good job looking after us all during shelter in place (helping us set up our home office, giving us a mental health day....)
