Because there's no metrics or structure, there's also a lack of accountability, so no matter how hard you might be working, if Dan doesn't see it, then you haven't done anything. If you go on vacation, be ready to be thrown in a loop of punishment where you won't get any new jobs because you don't seem "trustworthy". Lastly, WFH doesn't exist here. If you ask to WFH, that's a day off in Dan's eyes. Also, although everyone's kind, it's best to keep to yourself so you can get your work done. Dan was great in the beginning, but you realize the gossiping that goes on and you hear things about yourself that Dan won't approach you about, so you truly never know if you're doing good or bad. It's a good place to work if you're in your 40's, love politics, and can tolerate mood swings of a 60 year old daily.
