Your day fully depends on how Dan's day goes, so everyday is truly different. You might be thrown under the bus if you do something that they tell you to and it doesn't work out well. Because there's no metrics or structure, there's also a lack of accountability, so no matter how hard you might be working, if Dan doesn't see it, then you haven't done anything. If you go on vacation, be ready to be thrown in a loop of punishment where you won't get any new jobs because you don't seem "trustworthy". Lastly, WFH doesn't exist here. If you ask to WFH, that's a day off in Dan's eyes. Also, although everyone's kind, it's best to keep to yourself so you can get your work done.
