I started at the bottom of the ladder and didn’t know where I wanted to go with my career. I stayed for 5 years and learned from some amazing people & mentors around me and progressed to a career I would never have imagined. I had a supportive manager who taught me everything I know and also gave me the liberty to make my own mark when I was ready. It is with sadness that I have to leave as I am relocating but I will always remember and cherish my days at Rodial and the wonderful people I met there. I love the philosophy of “make it happen”, I was involved in all key meetings and knew how my work would contribute to the success of the business. One of the best companies to work for.
