I thought they were like a family that all looked out for one another..... from want I just experienced I was incorrect

Horrible communication when I asked for an honest answer on how I was doing on my 3rd day the person said I was doing great and to keep up the hard work...I was fired the next day because I didn't sample enough after my 4th day with the company

Perfect for an antisocial person

The bare minimum training yet the expectation that when there's equipment issues which are almost daily that you who is half a days drives away from the shop with only basic tools, if your lucky, are expected to figure out the fix on a robot that is company designed and absolutely not something you can google the fix on. If support ever calls you back or answers your call you have to describe the issue your having and go thru hours of troubleshooting yet you better still hit your quota...
