Cannot think of any Cons

The only pro, it was a job. A very bad job, but it did provide income to me and my family!

The employee handbook constantly changes when an employee points out a benefit they should be receiving. The company then says the handbook is outdated and within a couple of days a new one is sent out. This happened 3 times while I was employed there for 22 months. Also, the company claims vacation is accrued, but when you try taking vacation the company says it is not available to use until your year has clicked over and when employment ended, even though you had accrued vacation on the books, they did not pay those hours that has been accuring. At the location I worked, the manager was so mean and was a dishonest person and treated the employees she did not like, like crap. I was subject to her treating people badly and when another person was hired after me, she started treating him terrible. Things like screaming at you for doing something she personally didn't tell you to do. Even though you know how to do it, but SHE didn't tell you to do it. Even after several complaints to the next person in charge, he would talk to the boss, but she would go back to the same behavior in less than a week. All these problems with this woman for years have escalated up to the main office in Texas, but they never would do anything about it. In the past 2 years before I came onboard, I was told by several other employees, 40 people have quit. And upper management won't do anything about it!
