Great work culture, management cares and pushes you to succeed, obvious care for work/life balance

Expectations can feel daunting if you don’t fully understand their purpose

They pay you and give you benefits

They will work you to the bone, hire new people that complain about pay and don’t help you, then don’t address your concerns about said employee and they give them a raise instead. They can’t keep people and will blame you and fire you when new people leave. Management doesn’t listen, they only hold select individuals accountable, they don’t promote growth, they talk terribly to their salesman and porters, just all around bad
