The catering staff would complain about the cleaning staff (despite being told that we were all one team...) eating breakfast as all staff are able to have a meal when working their shift. People were penalised for taking 2 sausages instead of 1/none. In fact, I believe certain members of staff treated the cleaning staff like second class citizens.
