I can’t think of anything good

HR is completely useless and does nothing for the employes. Managers are all been there since many many years and are friends with each others or old friends of Roland. They have no idea how to run a company. No one helps each others in the “team”, on the opposite... People that has been there for longer and are friends with the managers, bullyng the new starters. They have no respect for the people they work with outside the company. No interested at all in listening. No consideration. Arrogant and bully. Unfortunately all the bad rumours about this company are true, and is fault of managers not being good at their job.

Product is strong and viewed well in the marketplace. Leading British designer in the luxury category. Roland Mouret as a designer and a personality is beloved by his clients.

Constant turnover in all teams and all positions. Upper management are all childhood friends of Roland as well as with each other; this kind of nepotism means people at the top accomplish very little. Managing Director has no experience at any other brands outside of Roland Mouret. Company spending is irrational and mismanaged. No interest in constitutional advertising, so the brand remains very underexposed in press and marketing. HR department is weak and unable to stand alone and withstand pressure from upper management. Company culture and a positive work environment are non existent. Decision making process is done mostly by consultants onboarded by upper management.
