For editors looking to take ownership of the books they work on, this is the place to be. Very talented team working together and yet very independently. Everyone steps in when help is needed but is capable enough to rarely need help. Very professional, small team with each core team member contributing significantly. The hours are professional and it’s possible to have a life outside the job while still doing meaningful work.

The pay could be more commensurate with the roles people play.

Small company so you get to learn a lot

The owners are rude and under qualified themselves. Stuck in old, archaic ways of working and don't like young people. No growth opportunities either.
