-Management definitely shows favoritism
-Lack of training/tries to make up for it with Helpjuice documents but there is no formal training
-Managment claims to be "hands off" but will micromanage
-Will expect you to work beyond normal working hours
It was not all bad, but I did feel like the working conditions were rough, especially in a remote environment, it is hard to thrive in a company that invests very little into building up their teams.
