Big problem with bullying and jobs that do not exist at Derby - Recensione dipendente - Design Engineer presso Rolls-Royce

I had a very bad experience at Rolls Royce Derby. I accepted a job as a design engineer but then they put me in a different job without consulting with me. I tried to state I was not happy but was bullied by the managers. HR are nowhere to be found and the 'speak-up line' is biased towards protecting the bullies and refuse to report back to you.
