ESOP program is all they have now as a pro

Before I give any cons I have to say they WERE a company I bled blue for and it felt so much like family. They lived and breathed through their core values and I NEVER would have left if that were still true. I gave them 10 years. After about 6 years things started to change. These changes should have been celebratory but once they grew as big as they have they lost their values, culture and their vision bombed. The best part about them was you NEVER felt like a number. That is a priceless feeling that would have you turning down other offers left and right. After about 7-8 years this fell apart and I had never felt more like a number throughout my career. I invested not only years, but, so much of myself that I can never get back. This is not coming from an angry, resentful employee..but, an honest and disappointed one. The separation is great and the promises faulty. Electricians are no longer created here and no opportunity to thrive. If you are driven, eager to learn and succeed then consider this place a let down. If you are someone who doesn’t care as much about money now but rather retirement then this is a good place. If you want to do something with your life, prove something to yourself and BE someone you can be proud of then there is absolutely nothing here for you to take pride in. Workmanship gone, beauty in the craft gone. Alignment gone. Quality WAY GONE. Unless you don’t care about what builders and contractors think of you or what reflects upon you then keep looking. You will not get paid what you are worth or what you put into it. There is nothing to take pride in.
