Great culture and senior leadership.

Very manual processes lead to unnecessary work.

I enjoyed some of my coworkers but, like me, they left shortly after I did.

Poor management. So much so the entire department quit. Management is horrible when HR was approached (not only by myself) I was let go. They knew what I was saying was true. I was not the first, nor the last, to complain about the supervisors in my department, especially mine specifically. They did not care. The whole department quit shortly after I left.
