Highly skilful in creating a false illusion of intimacy with the recipient staff through gossiping, whom all thinks they are part of the privilege group. Creates a toxic rivalry amongst the recipients in fight for survival - Management is immature and incapable. Yet extremely verbally abusive to staff whom does not join the 'privilege' group - HR makes no effort to resolve as everything is swept under the rug
