We are proud of our record of internal promotions and external recruiting efforts. Our management team is made up of a diverse group of individuals represented by both men and women from different backgrounds. We run a very lean, multi-state operation which requires more than one layer of management to provide direction to the company. The management team receives professional training on a regular basis and new managers receive more than 32 hours of intensive professional training. Our managers are held to a high standard of core values; however, no manager is perfect, and it is no easy task managing a group of people with individual concerns. Our employee engagement survey results overwhelmingly indicate that our managers are effective and our team members trust in leadership.
