Good team that most understands time zones and where delays in communication could happen. (9 am your time is not 9 am on someone else's time) Supportive existing peers that immediately provide access to tools and data.

I was employed with Roobet all of one month- the company has no supporting infrastructure in the department I was in, Low tolerance for employees starting out - even if you are literally building your department. Job prospectors beware and accept at your own risk. Would not recommend employer.
