When I first started at Roofr I thought it was too good to be true... There's no way a company actually treats their people this well. But after being here for almost a year, I can confidently say they really do mean what they say. Yes we are all working hard. yes we are all busy. Yes there are days when it's exhausting (because that's work). But there is also a deep understanding of work/life balance. There are so many times I've been told to log out so that I can focus on my personal life or just take a much needed rest. I honestly love it here. From a company perspective- I'm always amazed at how quickly they are advancing and changing their product, all for the better. The product continues to get better and better every day. It is easy to sell and rally behind because I can confidently say it works and will positively impact businesses.

I am SO excited to be at Roofr and honestly can't stop telling people about it. From the moment I joined, it was clear this company is something different. The people-first culture is 100% real — not a recruiting pitch, not a slide in an onboarding deck — you feel it every single day. I'm surrounded by some of the most talented, generous, and genuinely wonderful humans I've ever worked with, and that energy makes me want to show up and do my absolute best work. The flexibility and remote setup make work actually sustainable, the compensation is competitive, and I can already see a clear path to grow here. Leadership walks the walk — they invest in their people, celebrate wins, and make you feel like your contributions genuinely matter. I feel valued, heard, and fired up about what we're building together.

Honestly? Ask me in six months — it's early days and I have zero complaints so far!
