-The company truly care about their employees. -The company is unique - we have film makers, designers, learning designers, consultants, coders, artists, you name it. -The work is engaging, and different. -The company is on the cutting edge in terms of letting employees be themselves. They don't want things that shouldn't get in the way of work to get in the way of work (i.e. dress code, flextime, remote). -Related to the above, the company treats employees like adults. Dress how you dress, but be smart about it. People are smart enough to not wear flip flops when a very formal company comes to visit.
