*As with any workplace, you might find some folks you like *when I joined I got a parking pass that I still get to use... but columbus isn't exactly a difficult city to find parking in tbh *I did like the benefits but they are very mediocre *they invest good money in their data science resources. If it's useful, it can happen. *the telematics are indeed industry leading fwiw *regular all hands? That's nice right? *unlimited pto depending on department... and manager *better than average diversity *good exit ops? I'll find out. *MacBook pro or powerful pc, I like my machine a lot

*the receptiveness to analysis and new ideas is inextricably linked to who delivers it!!! If your manager or their manager decides you aren't important, they'll keep screwing up until someone who counts repeats your work *they hold customers in such low regard... very surreal. It's funny but really just cause it's sad. *major ego problems! Don't you dare contradict the wrong person, whether they know anything or not!!!! *the health insurance plans are about as bad as marketplace, maybe worse. *No upper limit on how many hours you may be forced to work in a week. 65 is the minimum but ymmv. *some data science managers are abusive *you can see people stepping on one another in real time *salaries and titles are overemphasized company wide, it's very uneasy and unlike most places I've worked *not sure if anyone's getting equity at this point but if so that benefit is like getting a box of sand at this point, the company is hopeless with these people lol *all these really good people keep leaving *horrific documentation, we rely on tribal knowledge. There are works in progress that get abandoned when a particular person leaves
