Sub par training. Many zoom meetings and refresher trainings that could have been a memo. Too many systems to master. Supposed to be "cutting edge" - but 12 different programs to quote, bind, notate, communicate, research, find information, train..... ridiculous. Blindsided us all after hiring massively for 4 months solid - laid off 60% of the company on a random Thursday. removed access to our computers, couldn't clock in and then had a mandatory zoom meeting that was 30 seconds long to tell us it was over. Severance was delayed more than 20 days and they taxed it well over 30% , so one more way to kick us when we were down. Low inbound calls, not allowed to call outbound, not allowed to quote friends or family or prospect. Don't believe the astronomical commissions numbers they give you. They are definitely fake. They won't let you follow up with your leads and instead, if they call back in - it's OK for another agent to take your lead and make your sale you worked hard on, since we don't have internal extensions for a reason. Definitely cut throat, even though they deny it fiercely. Worst decision I ever made was leaving my independent agency for this company.
