The product and delivery teams are constantly left holding the bag and are overworked to make these heavily marketed concepts viable in a disorganized ecosystem. Because leadership struggles to form a viable commercial strategy organizational stability is a massive red flag. Based on the frequency of the layoffs and the clear reliance on legacy client contracts just to keep the lights on the operational reality strongly suggests the company has already exhausted its runway. There is zero margin for error left and the business feels like it is operating in survival mode with no clear path forward.
