Small organization with no workload. If you want to chill then this is a right place. Nothing positive apart from that.

Politics, biasness and bad manager. No transparency in terms of incentives, leaves and the other policis. There is no HR or anyone with whom you can discuss the issues. the manager thinks that he is the owner and is biased. The managers here donot have any qualification of sitting at this position. If the manager thinks you have the spark to grow and do something good they become insecrued about their position. Very bad organization.

HR policy is not good enough.There is no fix timing of salary date.it always crosses deadline.There is no transparent updation of leave bank.,its up to your personal relation with hr.
