Incredibly overstaffed, leaves servers at smaller restaurants earning more than this high end steak house. Managers will write servers up and threaten to fire them if they receive poor reviews, even if entirely subjective. ZERO gratuity added for big parties including private parties is ridiculous. I had an $800 table tip $0 and the manager didn’t even try to sway them to tip.
