The support staff used to care, the BOD used to care, and the Exec Comte used to care about doing a good job. Now, they are waiting to retire.

Pay is below market. Not enough invested in associate development and training, or in support staff. Too much emphasis on quantity over quality of work. There does not appear to be a succession plan, and many of the senior partners seem to be near the end of their careers. No one teaches you how to generate new biz, they all fight over every insurance company and will cheat you out of any new biz you do develop. The firm has a close to the vest mentality in the way they calculate new biz.
