From what I have experienced, this place will never value its employees to their true worth. They hire very experienced people who are desperate for a job so they can underpay them....BY LARGE AMOUNTS. After 10 years of experience, I was paid 10K less at Rosen than I was at my VERY FIRST job in the same field. It is insulting. It is demoralizing. It breeds anger, mistrust, and ultimately a very strong drive......to leave as quickly as possible.
