Startup culture that is- making everything up as they go along. They have turnover like a McDonald’s. Will waste your time. They are in a constant state of hire and fire. Not a real company. No training. No office. No measurable metrics. Little direction. Benefits are mediocre. Most of the employees are $5/hr call center people from oversees that don’t speak English well. Not a stable place to work
