I am able to do my job in a way that I can be proud of and am empowered to make decisions about who I work with, so I do not have to work with a client that mistreats its employees and I do not have to work with a candidate who mistreats me, my colleagues, or employees at a company I have them working at.

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
