I have been in a staffing environment for the past five years, but I am finding the culture of appreciating the employees (co-workers), associates (Ambassadors), and clients is unmatched from my previous experience with another staffing agency. I believe they truly try to have the best reputation and understand that this will not come strictly from client satisfaction but employee and associate opinions will affect this as well. The respect they show to all is amazing!

So far, my only negative would have to be the technology. While Roth Staffing does offer great technological advances, such as their VideoSelect process, their onboarding process for associates (Ambassadors) is not as advanced as other staffing agencies. I came from an environment where all forms were automated/online, however, Roth Staffing is still completing most of their onboarding process in paper form at this time which is less efficient in many aspects.
