At Roth Staffing, we have quarterly touch points to ensure all Coworkers are meeting sales goals - while offering opportunities for additional guidance and dialogue. These touch points are mandatory and signed-off by both Coworkers and Managers. In addition to these quarterly touch points, Coworkers have regular 1:1 meetings with their Managers to discuss the same and how best to achieve those sales goals.
