Lousy pay and benefits. No room for growth as they would rather hire someone from Xfinity as a GM than promote someone who is qualified. Or hiring a mattress store manager for HR; make any sense? No open door policy. If you bring an issue to management they will try to fire you. Tell HR you have a problem and they will tattle on you to management. Employees who inflate prices and rip off customers. Management offers no training and on and on and on.
