- Family owned Belgian company - Stress level acceptable - Large 'ship' - Learning & growing possibilities - Not only focusing on KPI's

- Slow decision proces - No long-term strategy - Difficult sector (Media) -Real decisions are made by top management/family and these are not transparant - Little modern media like social, podcasting, GEO etc

Nice dynamic team and performance driven. The in house knowledge is impressive. I immediately felt part of the team and it was quick and easy to pick up the commercial drive within the company And maybe besides the point but the food at lunch was good too

back in the day the media analysis on impact still needed a lot of work, but that's a while ago. I do not know how it is now...
