Despite the very low rating I'm giving, there are some Pros. Quick career growth. You can quickly go from an associate to high up in the company, even corporate level, in under 5 years if you work hard enough. The pay is great, if you're salaried... more on that in the Cons. Overtime is practically non-existent on the corporate level and avoided as much as it can be helped, especially for hourly employees. Depending on your position, you can have great work-life balance. They have bonuses, if you're salaried... They do have 2 promotion periods a year, in which it's possible to get 2 raises, or promotions in a year. But if the people above you don't move on or get promoted higher, you'll be stuck at that level and pay, while your managers keep expecting more and more work from you while they start to do less and less because they're "delegating"

Now for the Cons. Pay Hourly employees get paid poorly compared to their job duties. They expect associates to overperform, leads to overperform, supervisors to overperform, etc. On the corporate level, there are large pay gaps between hourly employees and salaried employees, even when the job duties are 90% the same. Roughly $24-26 an hour compared depending on position to what amounts to $39 an hour but in salary. Even if you all work just as hard on the same project that in turn makes the company millions in profits, if you're hourly you won't be compensated as fairly as your bosses just because of the company pay structure. HR Department: The HR department at this company is one of the least caring I have ever seen. You can make valid complaints and they won't be taken seriously, if you even get them to respond to you at all. They are always understaffed, handling it all for the US side. Culturally they just do not understand nor sympathize with any of your issues, they will just quote company policy and how they can't do anything to help. Even if you complain about normal issues, they say there's nothing they can do. They will also ignore issues at stores until it becomes too much of a problem. Training The company as a whole has a huge training issue in most locations, and it also reflects on the corporate level as well. Some of their corporate support staff will go open a new location and then all you see after opening is complaints about the poor training the associates got and the huge turnover because of it as well. The corporate support staff themselves don't receive much better training either from their managers. Corporate Structure It's a ruthlessly owned corporation that will chew you up and spit you out without a care in the world. They hide behind outdated workplace policies and levels of management to ensure your complaints are never really heard or addressed, and the culture is very poor because of it. Corporate sets high expectations for locations but then cripples them with low labor budgets and low inventory, which then continues the cycle for that location, making it hard to actually grow. Very rarely will you find a fully staffed store due to the turnover rate. They've been operating in the US for over a decade but has the corporate team of a small company and not the large corporation that it is. Predatory Practices They use predatory practices to keep people spending more money while getting little rewards. If a guest is too good at a game, they will alter the settings to intentionally make it harder for guests to win. Stores will often make up their own policies regarding crane games, and other area of the stores, because they know the guest doesn't know any better. And then when a complaint is lodged via the website, a majority of them just get ignored or dismissed because the manager claims it went down the way they said it did and not the way the guest said it did. Semi-Annual Reviews The semi-annual reviews are basically a joke. You'll get graded on a bunch of criteria, some of which does not apply to you but they try to make it apply to you, often reaching to do so. The highest grade is an S, but it is impossible to get an S because for them an S is perfection, literally. NO ONE gets an S because no one is perfect, and it is well known that an S is impossible to get. The best you can actually do is an A. Medical Issues If you have medical issues of any kind off the clock, don't expect HR to work with you very much on it. They will do the bare minimum to help you, won't give you all the necessary information you need to take a leave of absence, and if it's not an official leave, your job is only kept for 2 weeks. After that, they have to fire you for job abandonment.
