Empowered team - You decide which projects you want to promote, and you'll usually receive the resources you need. Self-Management - Prioritizing tasks is in my hands, I decide what is most important. Growth potential - Roundforest is still a relatively small company, so there are plenty of opportunities for growth. World-Leader - Roundforest is a small company, but is in a unique position to become a world leader in the e-commerce industry. It is very rare to have such an impact on such a large business opportunity.
