They pay well, provide generous bonuses, expects employees to care about their work and take ownership over their performance, they want intelligent, self-starting, driven and focused employees. Values social interaction but not a go get drinks with your colleagues every other day type of place. Definitely focused on doing good work.

      Maybe not as social as some would like it. Not for a person who doesn't give a care. Can work typical hours but not a clock in and out type of mindset.
