Vantaggi
I think that two of the biggest pro's would be the culture, and the potential for growth; both for the organization as a whole and for individuals to grow within the company. Everyone at Roundtable has great work ethic, and works as a unit to deliver some of the greatest learning and training content available to some of the biggest companies in the world. This doesn't mean that the team doesn't have fun. Throughout the course of a day you will hear as many laughs as you do strokes on a keyboard. I felt like a part of the team the moment I walked through the doors. I can personally speak to growth potential within the company, as I advanced quickly through my roles and been have been rewarded with increased compensation and rewarding responsibilities. Roundtable continues to bring more and more clients from the Fortune 500, and they all tend to come back for additional projects after seeing the impeccable work by the Roundtable team. The senior management team is steering the ship in the right direction. They are compassionate and caring for the team. Any time I have had an issue, professionally or personally, they have done everything in their power to help me. They also give me the freedom structure my work how I please. Never looking over my shoulder or micromanaging.
Svantaggi
For a company that makes training content, there isn't a very structured training program in place, at least for my role. However, being a young and rapidly expanding team, the nature of some roles have changed as the company has evolved into what it is today. I can empathize, because with new roles constantly being added and responsibilities shifting, it would be difficult to keep up with prefect training materials. If I have had any questions or issues throughout the process there has always been someone more than willing to help.
