The benefit to the public, especially those covered under ADA, is tremendous. And reasonably profitable. Excellent market share in an industry with no clear quality leader. Potential to greatly increase market share at all levels by making a quality product Some very qualified people still employed there. They have a well-researched, but unused, blueprint for success that several employees, as well as management have read. A few in non-technical management are great folks who know their jobs and treat employees fairly.

Incompetent technology managers. Their design and architecture changes are a recipe for disaster. No one there appears to understand what "agile" is and how to make an organization agile. Technology promotions are often unqualified people with little or no leadership experience, promoted on what appears to be political motives. Several of the most knowledgeable, senior, people, some with 10+ years, have left because of how badly the company is managed. A lot of knowledge about RouteMatch software has been lost and cannot be replaced. The redesign is based on an old, outdated, failed, "open source" approach that is likely to leave the company with an even worse product. The company needs fewer technology employees but more seasoned, experienced ones. The youth and inexperience is showing. They have been promising to sell or go public for over 13 years.
