Ridiculously high salary for the industry/sector. I mean eye-watering compared to other charities.

An absolute gravy train where money disappears into the ether and the staff are constantly smelling their own farts. Management manipulate figures to make it look like their programmes are on target when in fact massively underperforming. Staff are breaching GDPR on a ridiculous level by keeping clients personal documents saved on laptops rather than deleting them. “Changing lives” is their mantra, when the reality is the most they do is write a CV and help people with online applications.

We have lots of ways, informal and formal, of ensuring employees can share feedback and identify things that needs improved. We always strive to build on all feedback and would have done so if concerns had been raised during employment with us.
