Free food. Ample opportunity to learn in tech. Good location. They spend a lot of money for employee satisfaction which is good.

The company is literally handled by kids who have no experience about anything. Marketing is handled by people who have such low IQ. They are not able to reach the target audience just because of their dumb marketing team. They dont know the tactics, they cant run even a single campaign properly. They literally cry for like and shares on Facebook. Work life balance is zero. People are made to work even on national holidays. The founders cry on giving leaves to employees. Coming back to founders, they are the reason why the culture of company is so poor. They dont value the advice of employees. And hence the efforts of people who work hard go in vain. They treat their employees as slaves. I have seen many startups but this one in particular is torturous.

Got to learn a lot. Explored latest technical vectors. Used to have a great technical team which was very supportive. This was the single pro which Routofy "had".

Co founders have just passed out of college and are still living in their daydreams. No sense of management at all. No discipline or routine either. Have ultra high egos and consider others as slaves. Be ready to dance to the whims of co founders or receive flak openly and bluntly in public. The entire technical team resigned because of the bad behaviour of co founders. Dumbest HR and marketing team ever seen. Don't have the skill set to even sell a banana. They are ceo's pets and don't know themselves what they will do next minute without ceo's instructions. They even lie to the employees on ceo's say. As a correction I'd like to add that there was no free food as marked in other reviews.
