Regarding your comments about compensation and career advancement, we acknowledge that our licensing requirements and commission structure may not be perfect.

We're concerned to hear that you felt overworked, undervalued, and misled during your time with us. We'll use your feedback to improve our management practices, ensure that our expectations are clear and realistic, and provide more effective support for our employees.
