It’s been a quick full year with Rove and I am so lucky to have found them during their inception. - Smart, motivated, and caring coworkers. Everyone is great at what they do, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to pitch in. - Lots of opportunity for growth as the company scales. - Casual and relaxed work environment; not a lot of pretense. - Lots of motivation and excitement around the product -- it's fun to be at a place that truly values our guests, has beautiful design, and is part of creating lifelong memories.

Svantaggi

Rove is in an ever changing and fast growing industry. You have to be able to roll with the punches and adapt to new processes, leadership and opportunities - or whatever it may be - if not you might not enjoy the environment here. With that said, these changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace!

- Great managers (always there to support & mentor you); - Flexibility (no extra questions asked for an emergency or unexpected time off); - Endless support (literally from anyone on the team, CEO included); - Warm environment (the company filters their people very well. The employees are friendly, kind and supporting); - You can learn SO much.

No cons for me. I loved working for Rove & would recommend it to anyone up for the challenge of growing a successful startup.

Still a relatively small team, that is growing quickly, but it's great to be able to cultivate close relationships with many co-workers. Lots of latitude and high levels of trust to do the work needed to move the needles in your vertical. Leadership is open to feedback and eager to listen to employees on what needs to be done to help successfully scale operations, hire new team members, create the culture we all want to be proud of, and support each others work and personal needs. Compensation and benefits are very competitive/fair.

Svantaggi

Being a smaller, scrappy stage startup can be challenging- there is a need for everyone to wear a lot of different hats and jump into things they typically wouldn't have to do at larger or more well established companies. Can be perceived as a great exposure opportunity but some may shy away or not want this.
