I learnt so much throughout my time there and was (mostly) able to use my initiative and own freedom to introduce new processes to benefit the employees I met and worked with the most amazing people I could imagine! My 2 direct leaders were amazing and always put in extra time & effort to help me develop

Their handling of redundancies/furloughs could have been improved and dealt with more sensitively / looked into local solutions better seeing as it is an international company now and not just US
