Supervisor is great, always very helpful. Shop dog, may be a big guy but helps boost moral. Owner is ver involved, he may seem tough but he is also very down to earth and willing to jump in if you need help or cant figure something out. Employees are down to earth Two paid 15s and an unpaid 30 Great schedule Not highest pay in the area but definitely worth it, paid weekly, small environment, not a customer service job.

Fast paced environment, which is to be expected but it can be overwhelming. Sometimes communication is a little off but they usually work it out quickly.

The hours were good. The location was nice plus it was a nice clean newer building. Parking was good.

Workload was at times overwhelming. And the supervisors often tried micromanaging. Plus supervisors would ask employees to nark on other employees and they themselves would sometimes not follow company rules. Plus they would follow and watch employees more then what was necessary, often seemed a lot like being back in high school. Also there was no company benefits.
