My year there was during a tumultuous period for Roxy/ Quiksilver. When I came on-board, stocks were valued at $15 per share. 1 year later, share value was $4.
The new executive team was put in place a few months prior to my arrival, and massively re-structured the company, unsuccessfully. They have since been replaced.
I was laid off when the product team was moved to the France office.
Overall, I found the organization to be unorganized and disjointed for such a large company. I did not a have a healthy work-life balance and the job was overly stressful. I was happy to be laid off with severance.
