Very nice building, very nice pleasant owner, lots of new car inventory. Good hours, incredable conference room nice cafeteria, relaxed dress code.

Very bad managers probably worst I've ever seen, terrible pay plan, not much profit to be made on new or used. Horrible used car selection and buried in trades that they keep, wholesale many good trades. Managers do not know how to buy used cars for the lot. Managers not competent in closing deals to quick to show invoice.

Nice building and cafeteria on site. Close to transit or if you drive there's minimal charge for parking. Employee pricing on vehicles

Lots of politics. Terrible managers. High turnover. Pay is terrible. No raises in over 8 years. Not enough staff for the volume of work and no recognition for hard workers.
