1. Royal Datamatics is a typical 'LALA' company located in Okhla, New Delhi and owned by Gunish Jain who is actually a moron. He runs 3 different small businesses and believes in labour intensive work culture. 2. There was no dedicated HR hence there was no HR practices in the company. When I left the company they hired someone in HR! 3. The comapany has filthy washroom, no canteen facility, no tea or coffee. 4. Salary hits on 7th of every month which is really a painful for all the employees. 5. There are 5 guys including owner under the top management. They can hire and fire anyone without any logical reasoning. 6. The top management is drawing a huge salary but their performance is pathetic. They deliver 'zero' output every quarter. If they are sacked, they wont get any kind of job outside! 7. The most stupid guy is sales head - Sanjay Saxena who is a plumpy and fat. He got sacked from his previous company. He hardly knows anything about sales but smart enough to mould the owner in his favour!

I would like to mention here as Nothing but one thing that is making me to mention here that team leader and colleagues are helpful in this company but the truth is that based on this point you should not work in this company.

1. salary increment beyond your expectation. (2 thousand monthly) "WTF". 2. They have projects where employees working on old technology. 3. Project Management is not good. 4. Employees forced to works overtime. 5. Even not a training session for developers regarding project. 6. Managers expect that you should know about the product without any training "WTF". 7. 1.5 year bond. 8. Management always shows your mistake even you are putting 200% effort. 9. Taking work from employees as they are mule. 10. Major point : Employees humiliated by the managers.
