Good colleagues and team environment

Treat people poorly, lack of leadership, totalitarian style of management, poor benefit packages, low wages, cannot retain good staff, praise of the underperforming members rather than the better ones. Lack of knowledge of company direction. They seem to be draining all the money out of our branch

The company was newly bought by Reesink. It is not able to be as professional as it wishes to be. There is a lacking in leadership.
