You’re micro managed and heavily time monitored. The owners have a controlling way of working. There’s no trust in their senior leadership team.

When you get to know the shop floor workers they are a great bunch of people

It is a very toxic environment to work for, you get treated like robots. They state they care for their workers when in reality they don’t give a toss. You get no progression, always over worked and a very stressful environment. Some supervisors do not support you when you are lone working at busy times.
