Really enjoy my role and the opportunity to grow. I do wish salary was more fulfilling.

Unexperienced operations team that is more focused on PR than actually running the company Leadership claims to want to fix things and listen to solutions but when solutions are presented management ignores it. It often feels like management only tells the ELT what they want to hear. Toxic work culture where employees within the same position carry different job responsibilities. Everyone does things their own way leaving some to carry more work than others for very low pay. Management makes a big deal out of taking PTO and guilts you. Then if you take PTO you come back drowning in all the work that sat there making you not want to ever take a day off. Management always ignores suggestions and issues that are brought up and then months late it is a panic to fix what could have easily been fixed before. If you are good at your job you are prevented from pursuing higher positions. Promotions only go to those who are friends with management leading to under qualified people in management positions.
